Mighty Oaks offers exceptionally high levels of qualified service for our clients, businesses and non-profit organizations, by employing only seasoned personnel operating as a peer-partnership.  Each of us is a former successful one person company.  Each of us continues to work directly with our existing clients as the primary account manager, and main service provider.

We are all full-time employees, and operate in a flat organizational structure with clearly defined roles.  The company was originally incorporated in April 2002, although some of us have been with our clients for over two decades.  We provide backup personnel for each client, and for all the work we do.  We believe we are the only company in our business space that operates in this long-term service peer-partnership model, larger than two personnel, within British Columbia.  We operate similarly to partnerships in the accounting, legal, and medical sectors.

Our passion is to the absolute best at supporting our clients, by doing good work with good people (our clients).  We are a managed IT services company, based in Victoria, Vancouver Island, BC.  We view our clients as our long-term business partners.  We work with our clients in engagements that have meaningful, long-term, and community oriented impact.
