We have a broad category of development services brought to you by our Custom Software team. We have a blended work rate for general priority on-demand support and project work. Discounted on-demand support rates are possible through contracted support agreements. We also offer Critical Support Rates, and Expert resources on a variety of technologies and environments.
Any overtime development work will be billed out at 1.5 times the business hour rate. For on-demand work, we continue to offer our services billing increments in 15 minute periods, as well as providing documented work details for all work performed on your behalf. If you would like to receive discounted rates for on-demand support work, we do offer a variety of options in contractual support agreements.
