We have a broad category of services brought to you by our IT team. Our rates for general on-demand IT Services work are a blended rate. Discounted on-demand support rates are possible through contracted support agreements.

Our Business Hours are (9:00am-5:00pm, Monday - Friday, non Holidays). We charge 1.5 times our regular business hour rate outside of business hours. We have a variety of support coverage options including our 24x7 support line, through which we also provide on-site support. We have a half hour minimum callout charge for onsite visits, plus travel time. We also charge a minimum of a half overtime hour for off-hours support calls. Any calls between 9:00pm and 7:00am have a minimum charge time of two overtime hours.
