Support Plans - Total Enterprise Coverage

We offer a wide range of customizable IT Support plans to suit your organizations unique IT support needs. Our Support Plans are available generally on a monthly subscription, and paid quarterly. All Support Plan monthly contracts are offered on 1, 2 or 3-year term contracts. If you sign a contract, your support rate plan is guaranteed not to increase during the term. In return for your commitment to us, we will increase our commitment to you by way of a 10% discount on your next infrastructure project with us. Scope Coverage

Our support plan may include supporting any or all of your IT needs: front-end devices (desktops, notebooks, printers, hand-helds), back-end devices (servers, network devices, virus protection, Ethernet infrastructure, wireless, and etc). We can also maintain a hardware inventory of all of your critical devices so that all downtime is minimized when we swap out any affected component.

Service Coverage

Our plans include:

  • Business hour Support (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm PDT)
  • Telephone and Email support
  • Guaranteed 30min, 1 hour, 2 hour, 4 hour or 8 hour business hour response times are available
  • Onsite technical servicing is available
  • Off-hours Support is available (1.5 x Business Rate, minimum 2 hours if onsite presence is required)
  • Per Call and Monthly Contracts are both available
