Many people believe Logistics is about getting the correct product to market when the consumer wants it. This is true, and they look to ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) to deliver as efficiently and effectively as possible therefore reducing cost.

We take a different approach, being efficient and cost effective is important, however increasingly consumers are asking for more.  They are asking for individualised experiences.  In an experience driven economy the approach to logistics (or ERP) is different.  For example, we permit delivery services to allow their customers to decide on when a delivery will occur within a one hour block.

We work with our customers to create highly customised solutions that provide the supplier and end customer with insight, control and viability into processes based on their desired end user experiences.  Once achieving those goals we can then apply advanced operations optimisation techniques.
