Managed IT Service Program (MSP) 

IT Services is fundamently about ensuring your team has the technology they need and if they encounter difficulty its resolved quickly while ensuring your data is secure and your in compliance with industry cyber security standards. 

Unlike traditional MSP provides our strength is in organisaitons that requrie either custom or advanced line of business software solutions or work in a sensitive industry with strict data security requirements.

Compliance

For each of our customers we select one of the following standards, reporting monthly against key KPIs derived from the relevent security standard for the industry:  

• ISO/IEC 27001  (Information security, cybersecurity and privacy protection) 
• NIST SP-800-171  v2
• PCI Complance
• Canadian Centre for Cyber Security baseline controls
• CIS Controls v2 (Non-profit/government services sector)

Through our Mighty Raven offering, we are able to offer a program tailored to CMMC and Controlled Good compliant certificaiton to work in the defence and aerosapce industry.  Through Our Mighty Oaks division we offer similar MSP services in the comercial and retail sector.  Compliance with these standards are typically required for work in defence and aerospace.

On a Daily Bases: 

• Helpdesk support with escelation as requried
• Managed Network Monitoring pr destop and cloud services
• Active patch management for security and operations
• Continuouse monitoring for operational and security KPI
• Managed Procurement of Equipment
• Staff on-boarding/off-boarding
• Response to any security or service delivery threat
• Co-ordination and mangment of third-party IT providers (software, telecom, etc.)
• Backup Systems

Monthly Base With You We Review: 

• Montly review and report on compliance with operaitonal and security KPI
• Events and Activites
• Review of major events over the past month
• Security vulnerability scan of local network includes darkweb scan for compromised data
• Monthly debrief with management team.

Quarterly We Review and Plan:

• Review of IT planning (SWAT, Program Plan)
• Review of KPIs and Complaince Reports 

Residency

• We use data centers in Vancouver and Kelowna for our customer or hosted solutions.
• All our backup solutions use data centers in British Columbia.
• Our MS-Office 365 and Azure deployment can be country locked providing certantly.
