The concept was a hit providing New Yorkers with high quality fresh and hot food at an reasonable price. Brooklyn Dumpling Shop returns the concept of the Automat to New York incorporating kiosk ordering, made to order kitchen in the back with product loaded into smart lockers for pickup by the end customer.
